Adobe rush problem uploading videos from cloud on second computer

Hello,
I have a problem with the files I created in adobe rush program.
I am working on two of my computers. On one I created videos. I want to open them on the other, however, they do not load properly. You can't see the image, only an exclamation point. They look like the picture I can send.

Please explain what the problem could be due to?

Hey @Cezary31634732jff4,

I saw your note. It sounds like your project is not syncing across devices. Do you have the "Starter" version of Rush? If so, that could be the reason, as synching across devices is not supported with that subscription. If you have another subscription and not the Starter version, please let us know, so we can troubleshoot further.
