Adobe Rush Stuck Loading AEFilterEdgeFeather.bundle

Hi, I've tried to do everything I can think of to get Adobe Premiere Rush to open and nothing seems to work. It's stuck on the loading screen pictured below. I've read other older posts about a similar issue and I tried deleting some of the plug-ins and now the issue doesn't stop at Importerquicktime.bundle, but at AEFilterEdgeFeather.bundle. PLEASE help, I really need to be able to use this program!

    Wow, weird. Try pressing the Shift key at launch to Reset Preferences. Did that help you launch? If not, contact support here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
