Hi Victoria.

 

Sorry for the trouble. Please share the below information:

  1. On which device are you using Rush?
  2. Are you able to launch Rush? If no, is there any error when you try to launch it?
  3. Are you getting any error when you try to export?
  4. What is the version of Rush you are using?

We are here to help, just need more info.

Im using rush on my pc laptop with windows 10 installed. Rush launches but all it does is show the loading blue ring and doesnt load projects. It wont load the projects so I cant export, and Im using the most recent version of rush.

I see! Thanks for sharing the info.
It could be a sync related issue. Please try signing out from Creative Cloud desktop app and sign in again and open Rush.
