Adobe unresponsive

Adobe has had poor app support for over 30 years. Why do they release products that don’t work? What is wrong with the beta testers? I'm so tired of unexpectly working around something that was working fine decades ago. I'm not calling for Adobe's support. Ever. I'm calling to say Adobe's app doesn't work effectively in production. 
I don't like being dependent upon upon Adobe's server's either. This is query is for 3XOG only.
