After export File defect

Hey everyone.

Can someone please help me with an information, what happend or what went wrong:

 

I created a video on Rush with sound and graphic effects. After rendering was done after the export the File was kind of defect as it is showing weird lines on the whole screen when playing, like its flickering like crazy. 

 

What happend? The video size is 3,5 GB. The video file is a .MPEG-4 File....
