All of my video and audio files say file cannot be found

I was working on my Adobe Premiere Rush Project and went to share it, and then something went wrong. Now, all of my video and audio files are saying that "file cannot be found", and all of them are red with an exclamation point in the middle. I don't know what to do or how to get them back, and I don't want to make an entirely new project and have to start over again.
