Am having an issue starting a new project after completing a project and the timeline not clearing

Hi whenever I finish one project and start another and create another project in premier it still keeps the timeline and everything else from the previous project so I have to close premier and reopen is there another way to do this I am very new still. Thank you all

I am using primier on windows 10 here see the attached clip as the old timeline remains on screen. Thank you for your time there is a very probable chance I am just doing something wrong as well.
