Annoying help messages

Every few seconds I get an animated help tool tip. The same tip no matter how many times I click ok. There is no where to turn it off. Please help

Hi there,

Sorry for the frustration. If you've dismissed the same help tip and it continues to reappear every few seconds, that doesn't sound like expected behavior.

Unfortunately, I don't know of a setting in Premiere Rush that disables these messages. Premiere Rush is now at end of life and won't be receiving further updates or fixes, so I'd recommend transitioning future mobile projects to Premiere Mobile.

Sorry I don't have a better solution for this one.
