App crashes alot

Does app keep crashing a lot? If you guys don't fix it I'm going to delete it and unsubscribe for life. This is the second time it happens the last time I had to erase everything and delete the app.

    Hi @Hernán37769096j66n,

    Thanks for reporting the problem. I don't see the same problem. Please give us more to go on: the specs of your device or computer and the specs of the media you are using. Also, include any workflow details so we can replicate your bug here and help you fix it. Sorry for the frustration.
