Question

App doesn't render

Rush app render doesn't work stuck at 0% forever. I padi for the premium, uninstalled and reinstalled still doesn't render. My work depends on this and its been several days i couldn't render videos

    Hi @Sant-Amar D.38324604xxru,

    Thanks for the note. I suspect your issue might be an unsupported device or the media you are editing with. The newer phones seem to have problems related to system requirements and supported formats. You might try shooting with a lower-quality format, like H.264 at 8-bit 4:2:0 instead of HEVC 10-bit 4:2:2. I hope the advice helps.
