I read your message. Are you on a computer or a mobile device? If the latter, try updating Rush. It has helped a lot of others experiencing the same problem. Please let us know how that goes. If it doesn't help, please provide more info about your system and media. I hope we can help you!

I’m on my mobile device, and sadly im using the latest, most updated
version of Rush on my iPhone 14 Pro. I don’t have this problem on my
Desktop.

I deleted and redownloaded the app and it took 30 minutes to download. Not
sure what’s going on but it’s incredibly buggy and impossible to use
