APR wont display thumbnails or return to home page

Hi,
My Adobe Premiere Rush appeared to crash mid project. I had to replace a video file with another file while APR was still open it didn't seem able to handle the change, and froze.
Now when I open APR it just gives a blank screen with no thumbnails, but my projects are apparently still there because my mouse prompts me when I move it over the space where they are supposed to be.
I can still open the projects, edit and even share them, but when I try to return to home page it just freezes again.
I recently downloaded the app on my phone with my same accout and it shows no projects.
I have reinstalled the app, made sure my drivers are up to date, freed up a lot of disk space, and attempted a system restore, but every time I open the app back up, nothing has fixed it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
