Audio and Video sync is off

I am working on a project and I noticed that the further along I get in my video, the audio and video get out of sync.  I've checked my original source and there is no problem on that end.  I uploaded the video fresh with no edits and I'm still having syncing issues as the video progresses.  I checked for Premiere Rush updates and downloaded the newest update, and still have issues with syncing.  I haven't noticed this issue before, but it's starting to be a real problem for this professional development video.
