Audio error

Hi there,

help please- I want to add audio to a clip, I can add it in, and the audio bar is showing movement and beat, but there is is no sound coming through? I tested my speakers and they work, I've added rush audio and uploaded my own music to the clip, and still no audio coming through.

Sorry to hear that. Which device are you using for Rush? Also, let us know the source of the media files.

Hi, I am using a home computer with AMD Athlon (tm) II X@ 260 Processor
3.2Ghz and 4GB ram, and has windows 10 home as the system.

The audio file is a MP3 file, but even when I click on the audio music
suggestions on Rush there is no volume.
