Audio in Slow motion and deeper tone after media import Version 2.9

When I try to work on my files, the audio sounds as if in Slow Motion.

I already tried restarting the computer, restarting the program as well as reinstalling it. 

I don't know why this is happening all of a sudden. 

I tried it out in an older Adobe Rush version, I don't have that problem there but of course would love to keep using the most recent version to rush. 

When playing the files on my computer they work just fine.
