Audio is not clear - poor performance on video playback

I am editing the video, but the voice isn't clear compared to my original video. The video won't play, either. Please help me solve this situation.

Thanks for the message. Please provide the community with more information about your computer (HD, CPU, GPU, and RAM), your phone or mobile device, and the media you are editing. We'll gladly help you afterward.

 

To troubleshoot your problem, I suspect you have poorly acquired media. Download the free Shutter Encoder app and transcode these files to H.264 or ProRes LT on your computer. Then, reimport the footage to Rush for the best results. After trying this, report back. I hope this works for you.
