Audio Output Issue in Premiere Rush on iOS - Volume Uncontrollable
Device: iPhone 13 PRO MAX
iOS Version: iOS 18.2.1
Premiere Rush Version: 2.1
Issue Description: I'm experiencing an unusual audio issue while editing in Adobe Premiere Rush on my iPhone. The audio output from the app is either extremely loud or inaudibly low, and it fluctuates between these extremes regardless of whether I adjust the volume on my device or use different audio output devices (phone speakers or AirPods).
- Symptoms:
- Volume remains blaring even when the phone volume is turned all the way down.
- No change in audio output when switching between speakers and AirPods.
- Adjusting clip volume within Premiere Rush does not consistently affect the output.
- Steps Taken:
- Adjusted individual clip volumes within the app's 'Audio' tab.
- Closed and reopened Premiere Rush.
- Updated to the latest version of the app.
- Tested with different audio output devices.
- Checked iOS audio settings for any anomalies.
- Reinstalled Premiere Rush after backing up my projects.
- Additional Information:
- The issue only occurs within Premiere Rush; other apps play audio normally.
- Audio in exported videos is fine, indicating this is an issue specific to the editing environment.
Request: Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated. If this is a known bug, I'd love to know if there's a workaround or an upcoming fix. Thank you for any help you can provide!
