Audio problems

Hi everyone im on adobe rush on mobile and ive been trying to make videos with a voiceover but anytime i do it just sounds staticy and bad does anyone know how to fix this and ive tried doing the solutions for the computer but they dont work on phone Thank you for your help!

Can you provide a little more detail:

  1. What is your phone's make and model?
  2. Are you able to record separately on the phone's default voice recorder app, and if so, what is that sound quality?
  3. Have you attempted to uninstall Rush, restart your phone, then reinstall the app?
