Audio/Video out of Sync after Share

I'm trying to trim a video and when I export (share) the video, the resulting video's audio and video are out of sync.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro with a AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 2400GE w/ Radeon Vega Graphics 3.20 GHz processor
