Audio Volume Between Devices

Been running into an audio issue on several videos.

I'll be editing a video on one device (Samsung Galaxy S10+) with the videos at normal 50% volume with zero issues, occassically spikes into yellow but otherwise normal. When I move to my laptop however the volume spikes so far into the red i have to reduce it down to almost 10-15% volume. 

When I upload the clips I'm working on into Rush from my laptop though the volume is normal as well, it's only when I work on a project across devices where the problem occurs. 

Has anyone run into this and found a workaround, because I honestly don't know which volume I should trust as the "real" volume before I export.
