Does anyone know why premiere rush lowers the quality and exports my video in much lower quality than the default video, I use it on an iPad Pro Ultimate generation Chip M4

Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble. Before exporting, tap the Share/Export icon and check the Quality Settings. Make sure the export resolution matches your source video and select the highest available quality.

If the exported file still looks noticeably worse, please let us know the resolution and frame rate of the original video and the export settings you're using.

Premiere Rush is now at end of life, so for future mobile projects I'd also recommend transitioning to Premiere Mobile.
