Bad quality - Glitched lines

Hi. In a rendered 1080p 30fps video I have a quality issue. There are such strange lines. Video attached. What is the cause? The quality of the raw image is 4k

My phone:

Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 888

8GB RAM LPDDR5

Adreno™ 660
