Black Screen

Everytime I go to save my video from Adobe rush, some of my clips show up as black screens, the audio still works great. How do I fix this issue?? I have a mac book pro.

    Sorry about the trouble. Can you let us know your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? What's the source of the media files that you're using?
