Black Screen

Hi All.

 

Just recently download the premerie rush to my computer (PC). I imported videos from my Iphone 11. The videos work fine when I view them outside of premeire rush, but once they are on my timeline I can only here the audio of the video. All I see is a black screen. HELP!

 

I have updated the graphics card driver and have "use optomized clips" selected and I can see pictures that I uploaded from my phone

I'm having the same problem. Mine were all working fine until I added a rush soundtrack to my timeline. Now every video in my timeline is a black screen with audio only.
