Black Screen.

Can Anyone help When I import my vid to the program where it is supposed to show the video it is just a black screen and I am unable to edit so my 1 monthly subscription is being used up white I cannot edit anything.

 

Please Somebody help my subscription is running out.

  • Which device are you using?
  • What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
  • Does it happen after exporting the video?
