Black Screen in Premiere Rush

Question

Hi, I wonder what this problem here is. I unchecked the "Optimized Clips" option in View but still can't see an image or video I am editing. What is the problem?

Hello @Christina22312759veuq,May we have more information about your system and media? If you are using an iPhone, try switching off the spatial audio setting in your camera settings. Hope that helps. Thanks,Kevin
