Black Screen in the timeline- Premiere Rush

Question

Hi All. 
 
Just recently download the premerie rush to my computer (PC). I imported videos from my Iphone 11. The videos work fine when I view them outside of premeire rush, but once they are on my timeline I can only here the audio of the video. All I see is a black screen. HELP!
 
I have updated the graphics card driver and have "use optomized clips" selected
