Black screen on 4K video

Hello. I've been using Rush successfully with 4K video for the last 12 months.

I am using a Dell laptop with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7600U CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.90 GHz processor and 24GB RAM.

I received some updates on both Windows and Rush and also updated my graphics card drivers.

The problem I face now is a black playback screen on 4K video. OBS screen capture video and other HD video is working well. It seems that I only have a problem when viewing 4K.

Any suggestions welcomed. Thank you.

I have tried all the suggested fixes to the playback screen being black. None of them work. I am so frustrated that I have decided to cancel my subscription and work with different software. Adobe Premiere Rush does not work for me!

Hey @allanspics,

Is this iPhone footage from one of the newer devices? Turn off "spatial audio" in the device's camera settings and shoot a test clip. Is the footage working now? Please let us know.
