Blank spot in timeline that I cannot get rid of in Premiere Rush?

Hi there thanks for the resource!  While rearranging and adding a clip my timeline developed a .30second blank spot in the timeline and hid a 1 second transition clip...  I have not been able to figure out how to get rid of it.  Thoughts?
