Blue and green haze on videos

Question

I am getting a blue and green haze on my videos when I upload them to edit on Adobe Rush. I have tried downloading the suggested upgrade several times from the Adobe troubleshooter section but to no avail. Has anyone got any other suggestions as to how this can be resolved.
