bought the subscription on ipad but it dosnt work on mac.

hi

i bought the subscription on ipad but it dosnt work on mac. i have checked my adobe creative plans and i have active plans. but as soon as i want to use premium features on rush on mac it tells me to buy rush.

 

i have already signed out many times.

 

what shoukd i do?

    I bought the monthly plan for 5 dollars. Its active for about 15 days

    Hi,

    I read your reply. I don't think there is a plan that costs $5.00. Adobe Express is $9.99. Very odd! Can you point me to the web page where you bought the plan and show us a screenshot? For a genuine subscription, you should be getting it from here: https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-rush.html

     

    Otherwise, you may not have a subscription that works correctly.
