Bringing in Dropbox videos?

Hi

I am new and pretty clueless. Is there a way to bring a Dropbox video into your media area? I thought so when I downloaded this software trial after reading articles, but now that I have it I can't seem to figure it out. All of my videos are stored in Dropbox or YouTube or in my Verizon Cloud, and I get some of them from employees so definitely need to be able to access shared accounts like Dropbox.
