Can I access the same video project from two Adobe accounts?

I'm working remotely half of the time and can't figure out how to access the file from a different Adobe account. It's saved to the cloud and is synced.

If I log out of my own Adobe account, and log in to my work Adobe account, I can get to it. However, the asset files have to be relinked to, so it only kinda works. But why is it setup so weird? I then have to switch back to access other libaries, etc. Plus, I'd think Adobe would have set this all up so people could work together using the cloud features. 

I feel like I'm just missing something obvious. Thanks for any help.
