Can I migrate a rush project to premiere on another computer

I thought I'd done due diligence recommending that a client use premiere rush to do some basic editing that I would then be able to fine tune in Premiere...  but it seems you can only open a rush project in premiere on the same system... unless I'm (hopefully) missing something...

May have to advise him to work in imovie or finalcutX as I have worked out how to move simple edits from either of these platforms to Premiere...    That's not of course simple but it is doable...  using Resolve as an intermediate step...

To open a Premiere Rush Project either in Premiere Rush on another computer or device or to open it in Premiere Pro on the same or another computer, make sure that Sync with Creative Cloud is selected and make sure that you're logged in with your Adobe ID. To open it in Premiere Pro, click Open Premiere Rush Project at the lower left of the Premiere Pro Home screen Here's more info:

Thanks for your help, and not sure if I explained this clearly...  This is a client working on his computer in Rush signed in as himself... He does not have a subscription that includes Premiere Pro...   And I want to open it on my computer, signed in....  as me...    I trust my client, so if necessary, I could have him sign in with my adobe id...  just not sure he'll be able to still access the Rush project done under his id and if I'll then be able to get the project to transfer...  Make sense?

Thanks

could have spent more time on trying to make this work, but figured out that Premiere Elements does this easily right out of the box (so to speak).  I'm just glad that my client and I were able to figure this out without any investment beyond our time.
