Can’t access premium rush after app reinstall
Hi.
I deleted rush from my iPhone to free up storage. After reinstalling it I cannot access premium features. I have tried logging out of my Apple ID on my phone and logging back in. I have tried logging in to my profile from my google accounts, but that doesn't work either. I have record of making the purchase paying for the year - still valid. Purchase does not reflect in active subscriptions in App Store. I am currently overseas and it is difficult to reach any support online. Bots, FAQs and articles don't have any answers for both Apple purchases and Adobe. Any ideas?
