Can't access templates from Adobe Stock

Hello,

I want to use title and transition templates from Adobe Stock in my Rush video, but I can't import them. I do not have the "Adobe Stock" button in my titles pane for some reason.

I downloaded some templates from Adobe Stock and tried to import them through the "add media" button, but they are not appearing in the folder I placed them in.
