Can’t add music since update

Hi 

 

I can't seem to add my music to rush app after update

 

get a spinning wheel nothing more

 

 

anyone else

Can you try reinstalling the app? If that doesn't work, let us know what plan you purchased. It may be related to your subscription. Let us know how it goes.

Hello 

 

I have tried to re instal , same problem , to be clear the music is. Not greyed out

Hi,

I'm sorry that I don't have a direct solution for you. You have a subscription to "All Apps," so you should have no problem installing the full version, including the royalty-free music tracks. You also have a Photography Plan subscription, which you might be able to unsubscribe to since you already have all apps. You can speak to our agents about that and your "no music" issue directly here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. The chat pod is in the lower-right corner. Ask for the "video queue." Let us know what they say.
