Can't download new titles

Hi,

I am using the mobile version of Premiere Rush. When I go to download a new title style it constantly comes up with an error message. "We had trouble downloading this title. Please try again".


Is there a known fix?

I'm having the same issue:

  • Which version of Premiere Rush are you using?  Adobe rush for Samsung 1.2.21.3203
  • Does it happen with a specific Title? If yes, can you name it? All titles in 'More Titles'
  • Which device are you using? Samsung Note 20
  • Could you confirm if you're signed in to your Creative Cloud account? Yes,  signed in
