Can't get rush to work on Iphone 14 at all.

Basically tried using the sync feature from desktop to Iphone, looks as if its synced correctly but when i open it on iphone app screen is just black with no sound, but timestamp is correct.

So tried the other way, downloaded the video straight to iphone, then I tried creating the project locallywithout syncing but, it's constantly stuck on preparing media and the progress bar is stuck on 0%. After leaving it on preparing media for 3 hours, I noticed the progress bar was at halfway done, then 5 mins later its back to zero again
