Can't hear any sound but the audio has waveform. Please help!

I was able to export one video I made previously without experience any errors. As I'm working on the second video, Premiere Rush keeps on crashing. I tried to restart my computer. It's working fine again until I added voiceovers. At first, there's a sound. Then after it crashed for several times, I can't hear any sound anymore. But I can see the audio has waveform. Please help. Thanks!
