Can’t import some of the pictures from the same batch on premier rush On my iphone. Any suggestions?

    Hi @k374109533gyz,

    I read your message. Are these photos in HEIC format? If so, try importing the images into Apple Preview and exporting them as PNG or JPG files. That should help. Let us know what happens once you try this.
