Can’t input simple text into video?

Is there a way to just add text to a video? Without going through the graphics option? All the graphics have an animation to the text. I just want to add text, that's it. Please help.

    Thanks for the message and the question. No, there is no way. You can search for Basic Title and have all the common controls you need to customize the text the way you want. See if that works for you.
