Can't login to Youtube to share

Hi,

I am trying to share the video to Youtube, but can't sign in, which should be trivial.

I have checked the basics: 

Creative Cloud app is logged to my user account.

Opening Premiere Rush and Adobe Media Encoder Desktop do not expose any login issues. 

Trying to login to Youtube presents a Google Oauth screen asking for my email. 

I have tried a business and a personal account, but neither work. 

It does not get to the point where I would be asked for a password, or permissions settings. 

After the email address, the screen is dismissed, but the app fails to register the Sign In.
