it's something you may have already tried, but I usually try this (when things don't make sense):

 

Log OUT of CreativeCloud desktop

Log IN again.

(Update your desktop app if necessary - there is a new CC App build)

Restart Premiere Rush

Thanks, I did try all that but didn't work.
