Can't open Premiere Rush any more due to crashing. I can't open creative cloud anymore either.

I have tried reinstalling it and creative cloud, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers, I have updated Windows 10, but still the same thing. 

The strange thing is that it was working just perfectly fine a few days ago, now suddenly it's impossible to even open the app. I really need to make a video soon so I need help pls.
