Can't you take a screenshot of the frame?

I'm using Adobe Premiere Rush. Can I save a paused frame as PNG(or JPEG ,...)?

I understand that you can use it in Adobe Premiere Pro, but I want to finish it all with Rush.

    Hi Shimasan,

There is not a way to export a still image from Rush today. We agree that would be a great addition to Rush and we've heard this from other users as well! If you have a minute, please click the link below to vote on this request on our UserVoice page. This will allow other users to vote on your request and you'll be kept in the loop as we get closer to adding this feature to Rush.
