cancelling creative cloud plan

I love adobe and it's products, but I recently switched to a chromebook for financial reasons after my macbook died. Other adobe apps (including the cloud) are available- I only use my account to edit videos, so if it can't be available on the Google Play Store, then I need to switch to another editing software.
