Cannot Add Titles in Premiere Rush on iPad

I'm using Adobe Premiere Rush on my iPad and I've tried adding a title from the panel and when I drag and drop it, nothing appears. Is this a known issue? I'm able to add a simple title but I would like to use one of the animated presets.

    Not a known issue. Screen capture what's happening (use the Screen Recording option on your iPad) and post it here.
