cannot export

error message during export 

„this file requires the hevc codec included with the Creative Cloud membership. If you would like to switch to a paid subscription, go to the following pages.

www..“

Link shows a 404 error message

After click on OK exports starts, but ran for hours without result. Vidoe is about two minutes.

I have the paid subsciption. 

Any solutions?

 

Windows 10, I7 all drivers up to date

I found a similar thread where the recommendation was to install Rush and install version 1.5.54:
