Cannot export or share - Rush always crashes

I finished my project after a hard time working on it. I have also had to upgrade my signature of Adobe Rush to Premiere in order to be able to enable the export or share menus. But for my deception, the program now crashes in the beginning of the renderization. I tried dozens of times, changed the hard drive destination, tried to lower resolution.... but it never finishes the exportation or renderization. How can I fix this, for God´s sake?

    Hello @felipe_7676,

    Nice to hear from you. I see you have an export issue. I hope we can solve this one together. By looking at your error dialog box, I see there may be a problem with an effect or clip on your timeline.

     

    To troubleshoot, please remove any effects you have applied at the 20-second mark in the timeline. If there is no effect, try replacing the clip or photo in place there. Let me know if that solves your issue. Sorry for the hassle.

    Hi, thanks for your message. I removed some features (dissolving image and zoom in and out in some pictures) and after several attempts, it worked for my first project. The same issue is happening everytime with other projects and I really feel frustrated because in order to be able to export, I have to remove several features, in a game of "try and error"  until it is able to renderize. In the end of the day, I feel like I´ve paid to use features that I have to remove in order to be able to export my video. Isn´t there any other way to fix this that doesn´t involve removing premium features? Thanks,
